Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim tiba di ibu negara Jerman pada Isnin untuk lawatan rasmi beliau selama enam hari.
Pada sidang media bersama Canselor Jerman Olaf Scholz di Berlin pada Isnin, Anwar mengkritik negara Barat kerana gagal mengambil tindakan tegas terhadap kekejaman Israel di Gaza.
Menurut Perdana Menteri, dasar dan kekejaman Israel terhadap Palestin selama berdekad-dekad adalah punca utama kepada konflik yang berterusan.
Ucapan lantang Anwar pada sidang media tersebut meraih pujian bukan sahaja pemimpin dunia malah selebriti, wartwan dan ramai lagi tokoh tersohor.
